How to Access Driver Tax Forms

1. If you signed up in a previous year or if you responded to the previous e-mail from statements@tax1099.com then you will be able to log in using the link in the e-mail.
   Zenwork xForce is the name of the website that provides access and is run by a 3rd party provider that Evans uses for processing 1099’s and filing with the IRS
2. If you didn’t respond to the statements@tax1099.com e-mail, you can go back and sign up using the directions in that e-mail at any time.
3. Already signed up in a previous year?
   1. Go to File 1099 Online | eFile 1099 NEC, MISC, W2, 941, 1095 & more Forms – Tax1099
   2. Click "Tax Form Access" (top right)
   3. Click “Sign In”
   4. Enter your email and password
   5. Use “Forgot Password” if needed
4. Never signed up?
   1. Go to File 1099 Online | eFile 1099 NEC, MISC, W2, 941, 1095 & more Forms – Tax1099
   2. Click "Tax Form Access" (top right)
   3. Click “Get Started”
   4. Create your account
   5. Have your SSN/TIN ready — this is how your 1099 is located
